I have a persian and a siamese .. The persians male and the siamese is a female whose name is Phoebe .. She keeps peeing on the stairs :( even if her litter box is totally clean .. don't know what to dowith her since my mom's started getting annoyed! Could you please tell me what to do and how to stop her from doing so? Oh by the way, she's 3 yrs. old and has never done this in the past but has started behaving so since the past 4 months! HELP :(
