So I'm kinda feeling like i'm in a rut with my workout routine. I'm considering doing a "bootcamp" (aka fat camp) to push myself in my workouts. Most of the ones I've found are for females with a couple being co-ed. So has anyone did one? Is it worth it? Any good ones in the bay area?
