I am little bias, I think Madhuri Dixit is the greatest actress to come out of India. However, this film on it's own is smart, funny, endearing and just plain fun. The ensemble cast was perfect, no one played their role to over the top. Kunal Kappor has a great sense of his character as does his love interest Konkona Sen Sharma, the two of them shared fantastic chemistry. And of course Madhuri's dancing was right on the money, it's like she never left the screen. The soundtrack is to die for. I was very surprised that this film didn't get higher numbers in the box office. It was out done by more flashy and uncreative films like Om Shanti Om. But I really feel that this is movie that can stand the test of time. It's something that you can keep in your library for years and years and it'll still hold the same charm. If you're new to Bollywood, this is a good start.
