Ghandi used to give himself an enama almost daily. While I admire Ghandi's theory of non-violence, I think following his method of cleansing would be stretching my admiration for him too far. So, has anyone tried detox etc? I have heard that it is supposed to rejuvenate you. Any thoughts?
