Haha, got you with the one...I'm debating whether to buy that sit up ball or not? I bought the elastic bands for legs, arms etc...$10 for 3 different resistance tubes at Walmart...the Gold's Gym ones, they work like a bloody charm, worth every penny for tightening those tough spots, gluts etc...In a brief sum, Jessica Biel uses them and that's how I got hooked on em....
