Tip of my day DONT use DARK lipliner..unless you have angelina jolie lips. Black.maroon.red. NONE. to enhance the shape of your lips..whatever color ure skin is..use a SAND colored, light pink, light peach..ALL LIGHT MATT shades TO LINE the outside of ure lips...actually go a little bit out side of your lips to make them look plumper and bigger..thats my trick. To add color to the lips just extend the lipliner inwards and smudge it..better than HARD looking lipstick. thanks!

Basant is around the corner. And so are Basant controversies. Actually, let me change that. Basant controversies are already upon us. First it was the Punjab government announcing that they would set up a body to ensure safe kite-flying. Then there was the proclamation that Basant WILL be celebrated in Lahore with traditional ?fervor.?
