ok.. here is my question... i am a workout buff.. i go to the gym daily.. do cardio and weights... however in the last few months since ramadan I have gained weight... now.. its more than normal so i don't know whats going on.. the doc says maybe because I am stressed out and that is stopping me from losing the weight.. all of the weight gain is like in my middle.. like my abs and waist.. but i also eat good.. a lot of protein.. low carbs/calories... etc.. but i do have a few pieces of sweets here and there som... It's movie season...lots of new flicks out and would be interested to hear people's reviews. Last night i saw "The Holiday" starring Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black...i thought it was the most predictable and simplistic story. Cameron Diaz seems to always play the same role in every film. It 's hard for me to like Jude Law in the movie knowing what a scumbag he is in real life. Madhuri's dancing and costumes are the only thing worth seeing in this movie. she looks fresh and pretty as a flower.
