Dust (X-Men character)


You might have seen this already... but Dust is a character in the new X-men comics from Afghanistan originally

"dust" will most likely not be a character in a movie. None of the new x-men characters are in the movie and only a select few of the older and/or original characters are even in the movies at all.

Bushra and Khan, let me know what you find out. So far I only know of this character and this other one I heard about who are Muslim. Otherwise most are terrorist type characters who are identified as either muslim, arab or both.

If this character makes it to movie film then I am sure it will create som disturbance...

X-men usually tries to have characters of different backgrounds and ethnicities. the positive thing is they aren't showing her as a terrorist and she voluntarily covers herself. I don't have those comics just these summaries, so I cant comment, such as on the story.

Khan, only if the comics are online or come in a Sunday paper. These comics are expensive. I have to give credit to my friend Huma (jannah on naseeb), as she found out about the character but I dont remember how.

Wow, I don't know anything about comics so I need to do some research. I hope this character doesn't create any controversy in the future because I am sure the authors/creators know nothing about Islam or Afghanistan.
