Hello,

The team from "Dulhania Bazaar" is organizing the South Asian Bridal Expo at Midwest Conference Center in Northlake, IL for the Chicago's South Asian community on Sunday February 22, 2009.

We want to personally invite you to take part in this exciting event. Your company can be a part of this event as a:

1) Sponsor

2) Vendor (showcase your products and services and get maximum exposure)

3) Advertise on the flyers, posters, and brochures/booklets (even if you cannot attend in person - have your company's presence at the event)

'Dulhania Bazaar' Bridal Expo was conceived with the modern sophisticated South Asian Bride in mind. Given the sizable South Asian community in the greater Chicago area, we truly feel this would be a great opportunity for you to expand your business base. It will be an opportunity for you to reach an untapped market in the greater Chicago area and the Midwest area. More importantly, your company will also benefit from having complete exclusivity. Also, all our vendors' booth images and sponsors' logos will be projected in a slideshow on a big screen throughout the Expo. Please note that part of the proceedings from this Expo will be donated to a local charity.

To promote our event as well as your business, we will be printing 8000 flyers, 1000 posters, and 5000 brochures for this event. The brochures will be distributed to the attendees on the day of the event and any remaining brochures will be distributed to the businesses/community all over Chicago after the Expo.

Look forward to bringing success together - Dulhania Bazaar 2009. We would love to hear back from you.

Regards,

Shy Khan
