That's right ladies and gentlemen, Nazli finally got herself an IPod for the late night gym workouts and is trying to figure out what are the best songs to run to, lifts weights, etc... Can you guys give me some suggestions to get me pumped up at the gym? So far I've got Crime Mob - Rock Your Hips...but I listen to everything from rock, metal, rap, hindi, and even country so I'm very open as long as it's got a good beat.

Assalam-0-Elaikum everyone I have been working with Spring/JSF/iBatis extensively at work lately and performance gains are outstanding. I don't see why would someone use anything else but Spring for service layer, JSF for Web and iBatis for Data access.
