Ok, so I got a little lazy after Ramadan, gained 10 lbs after and have to get back into shape.... My question is this, someone told me if you have something sweet in the morning its worse then having it later cause it messes up your body for the rest of the day....well not in those words, but it was a fitness instructor, so my question is is this true and if so, why? PS My new workout song is "push it to the limit" by rick ross...just added it to my iPod. ;-)
