Check out INSTONE PUDDING! It is awsesome! 100 calories, 20 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, and delicious! I eat one every night! No guilty feelings cuz its all good! I like chocolate but also comes in Vanilla. Google it for more info.

Hey I just watched this video and I see that Ruthie chick all the time, but I didn't know she was a basketball player!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!! Kinda cool that she never told me.

I take supplements, but I think this visalus thing is more for athletes..

ah, off to the gym...

Yeah, now if only I can find that same fitness instructor...unfortunately, I do sometimes have a bit of a sweet tooth which seems to be getting me in trouble :)... I found these little Weight Watchers carrot cakes that are 80 calories each...I know its horrible, but how much fruit can I eat, I eat more then enough.

I also got approached by her and this other lady about Visalus Sciences??? Does anyone know anything about it?

Dear Naz,

I enjoyed our phone conversation this morning. Listed below are some websites that you can check out:

sacandco.net (go to "recent shows", then scroll down until you see Visalus Sciences and Ruthie Bolton, this is a 7 minute show
Ruthie and I did on Sacramento and Company which is Channel 10. They are showing it on the website for 30
days. It is definitely worth watching).
visalus.com
ginadottavio.myvisalus.com

You should be able to get all of the information you need regarding the product from Visalus.com. As I mentioned on the phone, the Vi-Pak is a premium product that includes vitamins, minerals, supercharged antioxidants, omega oils, and the "anti-aging energy" complex.

If you are interested in getting more information on how to start your own Visalus business, myvisalustraining.com is a good source for that as well. Right now, the company is giving away BMWs to partners who are just getting started. Five of us earned ours within the first three weeks. It's worth checking out.

My phone number is (916) 792-7836. I would love to answer anymore questions you have and/or place your order for you if you decide to do so.

Sincerely,

Gina D'Ottavio

No idea but I would say if you are gonna eat something bad, it is better to have it as early as possible. But again, don't take my advice.

Sweet, what do you mean sweet?

First of all, you should NEVER eat refined sugar. Never ever never ever.

Secondly, if you do eat something "sweet", make sure its in its"natural" form say from fruit. Even then, do not eat something "sweet" on an empty stomach. You want to avoid insulin spikes.
