i'm passionate about health & fitness and made the decision to devote my life to it about 8 months ago. i'm very happy with where i'm going to be headed insha'Allah. still in school (studying exercise science and psychology) and have a while to go but in the meantime i'm training myself hardcore (i run, weight train, kickbox & do other forms of explosive cardio work outs regularly.. work out about 2-3 hrs a day 6 days a wk) also i'll probably get a small time job at my gym soon, just to get myself out there ...
