Salaams and hi... What does everyone think of visualizing? I know that athletes do it all the time...they see themselves actually doing whatever it is they do....research shows their brain waves and heart rate react just the same as if they were actually doing it. Do you visualize your day in advance? At the end of the day do you replay it in your head and "edit" out what didn't go the way you planned?

I mean im not talking about someone on the other side of the country but say you meet someone with in a 100mile radius, just so happen you met them on this site as friends and it became more..
