AA All, For some reason I've had such hard time finding good graphic and web designers. It seems that anyone who knows how to launch photoshop considers themselves to be a graphic designer. I would ask to see their work and would find myself disappointed in the quality I see. For myself, I'm a full time systems analyst and have picked up web and graphic designing as a hobby.
