Anybody out there in the great beyond been to Alaska by road? My friends and I keep tossing around the idea and this time its looking pretty serious. We hope to go in summer '07 for about 3 weeks. I have a friend who has a job that sometimes prevents her from making it to Jumaah prayer, so I call/email her to tell her about the khutbah at my mosque. With all the members we have here, I was hoping that at least one of us could share the gist of their mosque's khutbah with the rest of us and thus increase the general knowledge of the Ummah. Some really interesting stuff at the detroit auto show this year... particularly nice to see acura and toyota/lexus displaying their sporty sides after abandoning the nsx and supra. Interesting american muscle cars too like the ford interceptor and the camaro...but who's gonna buy them! I think the IS-F is the car I'd most like to own, even though the ubiquitous (sp?) flash ads are getting a little annoying. PS: Mercedes Ocean Drive Conept...what was MB thinking
