So I stopped doing cardio for a while, or at the very most maybe like 10-15 mins of it. I went from 194, where I looked pretty big, down to 170 right before isna. Wasnt super cut like the guy in the pic, but basically no love handles, and pretty trim. Then I gained 4-5 pounds, and recently, havent been doing much cardio, but this morning, I weighed myself and was 168.
