April 6, 2008, What a nice day! Today was a perfect day to go out and do some shopping at an outlet mall. Most days or weeks or months or years I dont give in to emotions. Been called cool, been said to have a good head on my shoulders, and prided myself on being logical. This year started bad, and made me realize I can not make everything happen. Muslims watch their pennies and lose their $$$. Muslims look for the differences and not what is common among them or with other peoples.

Is there a ratio for how much wieght one should be lifting for muscles working opposite of each other? in Fitness-Health
I always assumed whatever weight you lift with your biceps should be the same you lift with your triceps, leg extension =leg curls etc.. I don't do the same weights for opposite muscles but someone recently told me there's a specific ratio for different muscle groups. Zbrehman is this true? What's the deal?
