Quality time with my kids :)
April 6, 2008, What a nice day! Today was a perfect day to go out and do some shopping at an outlet mall. After spending most of the day shopping and coming home to figure out what to make for dinner. What is a single dad to do? Well, lets BBQ. Chicken, shrimp, green and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, and of course fresh Sweet corn make up a great last minute BBQ. My kids love BBQs, they always wanna help cook. Dads, get your kids involve when you are cooking. It is fun and a great way to spend quality time with your kids.
