Weekend Edition February 2 / 3, 2008 An Interview with Imam Zaid Shakir Hillary, Obama and the Clash of Civilizations By WAJAHAT ALI Many of his students refer to him as the "new Malcolm X for Muslim Americans." Trying to obtain an interview with the "new Malcolm" requires persistence, patience, and several callbacks. "He had an unexpected speech, can we re-schedule?" "Sorry, he's completely booked for the next week. Can you all call again?" "O.K., he can squeeze in some time at 9 a.m., can you do that?... Read More

Weekend Edition February 2 / 3, 2008 Questions They Weren't Asked The Great Clinton-Obama Debate By RALPH NADER It was billed as the great debate that, in the words of moderator Wolf Blitzer, "could change the course of this presidential race and the nation." Situated at the packed Kodak Theatre -- site of the Hollywood Oscar awards -- thousands of people, including anti-war protesters, were outside, where tickets were being scalped for $1,000. Welcome to the newbie question part 2 :) There are many training schedules on the net, one would say train 3 days per week, day on , day off. others have something like on-on-off-on-off-on-off schedule. I guess it depends on which muscle group you train on each day and your goal. However does it make sense to train everyday as long as you are not training the same muscle on two consecutive days? Here is a plan I found: Day one: back and tri Day two: shoulder, forearms, traps Day three: legs Da... Read More

I heard you should take a serving just within 30 minutes after your workout. Now my question, I usually work out and then do 40-60 minutes Cardio. so when should I take my protein? after the workout and before the cardio, or just after the whole thing, i.e. after workout+cardio? I also heard that you can not lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, but I disagree, I managed to do that before, may be ur muscle gains wouldn't be as much as it would if you not losing fat, but there will be something.
June 11, 2009 at 8:54amProtein shake should be taken immediatly after your workout.. so right after your cardio is fine. You really should take it within a few minutes of stopping.. protein in water i...

GuRiya (Rag doll) GuRiya (Rag doll) Having worked for the homicide for long 25 years, I could write books and books on crime; but this case came to me in the fall of 1973. It took place in a small village in Punjab, near Okara. The deceased was a school teacher, 27 years old. The evidence, a cute looking rag doll and a diary that we found. It was the easiest case for me to solve. All I had to do was to read the diary hand written by the deceased. I started reading her diary from this page: ~~~~~~~~~~... Read More

Salaam to All, If the Qur'an had been revealed all at once, how would they have reacted to its prohibitions and commandments? Certainly they would have been unable to understand, let alone accept and apply them in the ideal manner. This lack of gradualism would have been self-defeating, as proven by history. Wherever Islam was taken, it spread gradually but steadily, and so became firmly established. We see people all around us who cannot free themselves from their bad habits and addictions. If you confine... Read More

If you saw a solitary American with a dog among the skyscrapers of Shaikh Zayed Road on Monday, it could only have been George W. with Barney, his Scottish Terrier, hunting for Middle East allies by daylight while keeping an eye on his watch to ensure he was back on Air Force One before nightfall, when the Axis of Evil might try to attack him.
