If you saw a solitary American with a dog among the skyscrapers of Shaikh Zayed Road on Monday, it could only have been George W. with Barney, his Scottish Terrier, hunting for Middle East allies by daylight while keeping an eye on his watch to ensure he was back on Air Force One before nightfall, when the Axis of Evil might try to attack him.
