Newbie Queston II: Training schedule

Welcome to the newbie question part 2 :)

There are many training schedules on the net, one would say train 3 days per week, day on , day off. others have something like on-on-off-on-off-on-off schedule. I guess it depends on which muscle group you train on each day and your goal.

However does it make sense to train everyday as long as you are not training the same muscle on two consecutive days?

Here is a plan I found:

Day one: back and tri
Day two: shoulder, forearms, traps
Day three: legs
Day four: chest and bi
Day five: rest

And then repeat, what do you think?

Schedule II:
Day 1: shoulder, tri
Day 2: back, traps
Day 3: chest
Day 4: bi
Day 5: legs and forearms

and repeat.

so both schedule's cycle is 5 days, but schedule II has no rest day. what do you think?

Here is a third crazy schedule III is same as schedule I with no rest day.

Any idea or suggestions?

for all schedules, each muscle group is hit by 3-4 ex, 3 sets each.

thanks guys for your comments.

Hashbrwon78, do these 2 days need to be back to back or just any two days. and do you recommend to train every other day or just do the whole stuff 5 days in a row and then take two days off.

Also what is the proper resting time between sets of the same exercise. and when moving between exercises?

sorry forgot to add...

Each muscle group 3 different excersies with atleast 10 reps and 3 sets... and try to max out ONLY once a month but don't be scared to increase the weights because sometimes you don't think you can do it...
