I worked for a nfp company recently. The project was mismanaged, employees were mistreated and overworked, volunteers and employees had to take abuse from the asian project head who changed the rules daily and threatened people with unemployment if they couldn't keep up with the new rules (don't talk to other employees, work long hours, don't take any time off even on Eid) Many of us are now angry at the company concerned and want to make their dealings public.
