Ok, I will state the obvious changes I noticed here since I came back to AZ in 2006 from my previous life here. 1- More Hispanics from south of the border, unfortuantly although most are hard working, but some criminal elements has raised the crime rate. Does any one dare to live in the West Valley!! 2- So many new malls North of Scottsdale road. Don't know the names but whats the deal.
