Phoenix: Changes from 1999 to 2006
Ok, I will state the obvious changes I noticed here since I came back to AZ in 2006 from my previous life here.
1- More Hispanics from south of the border, unfortuantly although most are hard working, but some criminal elements has raised the crime rate. Does any one dare to live in the West Valley!!
2- So many new malls North of Scottsdale road. Don't know the names but whats the deal.
Oh and Arizona Mills is all Ganged up.
3- Real estate is ridiculious!! Not that we have an ocean here, or resembelence of decent weather in summer!! The birds coming from California and the noth east over valued the market here.
4- The Suns is still the only team worth watching here, despite the diamondbacks accomplishments in 2001.
5- The Hookha Joints, Thank God for that.
6- I am surprised that around the lake was not developed faster!!
& - Mill ave still the same. awesome.

I lived in the west valley snice i lived az and it was nice before now there are more Hispanics people and if u put them together u know what happens :)
Sorry BUshra did not mean to Generalize on the west valley, but if u read the papers or watched the new. most of crimes happens west of 32nd street ;)
