Can anyone suggest stores? Not the high end very expensive, but not so low end its going to break after a little while. I was at a local restaurant with some friends the other day when a mother came in with her toddler son. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that she appeared to have him on a leash and pointed it out to my friends.
