Fundraising Ramadan Iftar
The Islamic Society of Central Virginia cordially invites you to a fundraising iftar to benefit the New Mosque & Community Center Project. The main guest speaker will be Dr. Abdullah Idris Ali, former president of ISNA 1992-1997). He currently serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for the Islamic Teaching Center (ITC) and North American Islamic Trust. He also is on the Board of Advisors of the American Muslim Council, and past Board member of the Council of Islamic Schools in North America. Now an ISNA School principal, Ali developed and implemented Islamic and Arabic Studies curricula for elementary and junior high students. He has written various articles in Islamic Horizons and is a member of the ATP Editorial Board. Abdalla Idris Ali is a native of the Sudan and currently resides in Toronto, Ontario.
Our second honored guest Sheikh Mohammad Jebril, world renowned Qari from Egypt will be leading maghrib, isha, and taraweeh prayers IN SHA ALLAH. Several other known scholars have also been invited including Imam Mohamed Maged from ADAMS center, Altaf Husain and Imam Johari Abdul-Malik.

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? it's a conspiracy. a rumor started by the Lucky 7 store next door to increase the number of people visiting that area so that they become disappointed at the false rumor and then visit the Lucky 7 store to drown their disappoinment in coffee and snickers.
