I'm only off on reading this by a few months. Hah, I'm not sure if this village was ever active for more than a few months. No one really joined and some of the members aren't active on naseeb anymore. Oh well.

Donkeys gone astray in Galax
Barking isn't the only sound coming from the Galax Animal Shelter these days. Two stray donkeys are also creating quite a stir.
Animal control officers picked up their first-ever pair of stray donkeys last month in Fancy Gap.
There's a friendly gray gelding that 5 or 6 years old and an ornery little Jack Donkey. The pair's owner hasn't called yet, but others sure have.
Officers get at least ten offers a day to adopt them, but by law, the shelter cannot do so. If the owner does not step forward, the donkeys will be sold at auction.
If you have any information on the donkeys or if you know who might own them, you are asked to call Carroll County Animal Control at (276) 730-3000.
