has added a new journalRecently we have developed an Architectural design related Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) business and we are looking to be in touch with people in UK and US, preferably from London, NewYork and LosAngels, who are already into the business OR willing to be involved in the marketing side of the business. Please visit our website VCCL.org.uk to get an idea of the nature of the business. We launched the site on 31st night and should be fully functional before 15th of January.
We are looking for partners in the UK and the US immediately, preferably with technical background and should have the drive to develop and market the business.
From operational point of view, in each VCCL branch we will only need a phone, a fax and a broadband connection. We will give all of us a VCCL e-mail account (and instructions with screenshots to set it up in MS Outlook) and guidelines to manage the business. Minimum profit margin is 15% of the total cost of the work. Just think you can earn 15% of profit for some administrative work!

has added a new journalRegardless to what anyone writes in their articles about how the housing market is going down the toliet, I firmly believe in "CYB". People make more money when the market is down, this is true for all times. Unfortunately, Era we live today, has all the possible information on our finger tips. But, narrowing it down has become a problem. follow the basics and you will never never be mis-guided.
"Value" vs Price . What we have seen in the past 6-7yrs is price increase. No one bothered to care what the real value of their real estate is or was, as long as they got a good price. Well now the price is down, when you go out to purchase a piece of land, property make sure the VALUE is there.
Value is what gets the momentum going. Like Dollars vs the gold. Gold holds value, and today we need to look at value.
