We will doing mostly 1099 positions initially, but that could change if enough people prefer to be employees. The model calls for the engineers to make up to about 40% of their bill rate and have the potential for an additional 10% bonus. With rates consistently above $200 and growing, I don't think attrition will be a problem. ;) We're also very family friendly, so if you make enough money in 6 months and want to take the next 6 months off we're cool with that. Where else are you going to find that environment?

has added a new journalA new book just came out called 'From Wharton to Wall Street' which looks entertaining. As a Wharton MBA I can testify that the undergrads worked way harder and certainly seemed way smarter than us MBAs.
