I just started an identity and access management company with a friend and we are looking for some good techies. If you have a CISSP or know what that is, check out our site secidsol.com) and send me your resume. Even if you don't, and you work in a computer or network security related field, please contact us and maybe we can work something out.

We will doing mostly 1099 positions initially, but that could change if enough people prefer to be employees. The model calls for the engineers to make up to about 40% of their bill rate and have the potential for an additional 10% bonus. With rates consistently above $200 and growing, I don't think attrition will be a problem. ;) We're also very family friendly, so if you make enough money in 6 months and want to take the next 6 months off we're cool with that. Where else are you going to find that environment?

A new book just came out called 'From Wharton to Wall Street' which looks entertaining. As a Wharton MBA I can testify that the undergrads worked way harder and certainly seemed way smarter than us MBAs.

Hey! Ofcourse the undergrad's work harder ... I worked my arse off last semester ... Now are we any smarter? I guess the MBA's have a better hang on things then the undergrad's thriving to graduate.
