has added a new journalI think what makes mistakes unique is the after thought that comes with it. The retrospective perspective if you will. Because when you are actually making a mistake, no one is acutely aware of it (or we wouldn't be doing it). And I think this after thought is crucial to think things out in a logical non-emotional manner to avoid future problems.
