Al-Hujurat 49:17: ''They regard as favour to you (O Muhammad (SAW) that they have embraced Islam. Say: '' Count not your Islam as a favour to me. Nay, but Allah has conferred a favour upon you that He has guided you to the Faith if you indeed are true.

?Truly, Allah is with those who fear him, keep their duty unto Him, and those who are Muhsinoon (doers of good, those who perform good deeds solely for the sake of Allah and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet).? (An-Nahl 16: 128)

Allah (SAT) the Almighty says that which translates as: ?And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah. Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing. Indeed those who fear Allah ? when an impulse touches them from Satan, they remember and at once they have insight.? (Al-A?raaf: 200-201).

The Knowledge of Allah, Glory is to Him, is comprehensive and all-encompassing, and nothing whatsoever is hidden from Him on earth or in the heavens. He knows every movement on land and in the depths of the sea, and there is no leaf that falls from a tree or a seed that is planted in the ground, or a small plant that cleaves the earth, or dries out or dies, but the Knowledge of Allah encompasses it.

Allah Almighty says (what means): ?...And He knows whatever there is in the land and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but He knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record.?

Ramadan is the Month of Mercy. This is manifested in the revelation of the Qur?an and the commission of the Prophet (saw) to the Prophethood during this blessed month, as Mercy from Allah (sat).

Allah, The Most Exalted, asserts this in numerous verses of the Qur?an; such as (what means):

?And We have sent down to you the Book (i.e. the Qur?an) as clarification for all things and as guidance and mercy and good tidings for the Muslims.?

?So there has come to you clear evidence from your Lord and a guidance and mercy.?

?And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge ? as guidance and mercy to a people who believe.?

?And We send down of the Qur?an, that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.?

And when Allah Almighty referred to the commission of our beloved Prophet (saw) He said (what means): ?And We have not sent you, , except as a mercy to the worlds.? .

Due to its sweetness, no one gets bored listening to the Qur?an recitation or reading the Book of Allah (swt). Scholars never have enough pondering over it, educating themselves from it and learning more of its meanings.

Neither mankind nor jinn can produce a chapter that resembles it, because it is an eternal miracle and proof. Allah (swt), Glory be to Him, Commanded us to recite it and to reflect upon it. He made it a blessing as well as blessed.

Allah says (what means): ? a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, , that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.?

The Qur?an is the pure spring that never depletes, the great treasure that does not diminish from use, rather it only increases. Its repetition and recitation add to its sweetness and encourage one to read from it again.

The Qur?an is the Word of Allah (swt) that cannot be likened to any other words. It is protected from falsehood being entered into it from any direction. It was sent down by The All-Wise, Worthy of all praise, Allah, Glory be to Him, Who took it upon Himself to protect it so no one can add to it or subtract from it. It cannot be increased or decreased.

Passages with the word ?Qul?

More than 299 passages in the Qur?an open with the word Qul (say) which is an instruction to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) to address the words following this introduction to his audience in a particular situation. Such as in reply to a question that has been raised, or as an assertion of a matter of belief, or announcement of legal ruling, etc.

Examples:

~Plse see Verse 9:51: ''Nothing will happen to us except what God has decreed for us; He is our Protector...''

~Plse see Verse 5:62: ''O People of the Book. Do ye disapprove of us for no other reason than that we believe in God, and the revelation that has come to us and that which has come before (us) and perhaps that most of you are rebellious and disobedient?''

~ Plse see Verse 8:1: ''They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of way. Say: (Such) spoils are at the disposal of God and the apostle; for fear God and keep straight the relation between yourselves; obey God and His apostle, if ye do believe.''

This Verse 2:255 is called Ayat-ul-Kursi.

Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter . And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
