What do you eat?

I guess I could have added this to my other journal but I forgot.

What in the world do you eat after a workout? I'm so confused. There are too many websites and too many different suggestions.

I had a protein bar before my boot camp and after...I just didn't feel hungry enough to eat so I just ate an apple (actually that's all there was to eat...fridge is empty).

My best friend and I used to walk these steps in the summer, but I guess next Tuesday, I'm expected to run up and down them numerous times.

In the picture, if it shows up, there is about 4-5 more flights of stairs that are at the bottom. www.beggs.ca

I-Man: not true. Not all creatines work like that. I've done pills, other powders, etc. Cell tech bloats and boosts the best out of all of them. Try it. I swear someone with your build and committment will see crazy shyt in about 4 weeks!

My tummy has always been flabby but not as flabby as it became after drinking creatine. I mean it really bloats me for like 3 hours after my workout and of course, I look a lot leaner on days I don't consume creatine. But still, in the long run, you must put on size and mass first to turn into defined muscle and thats what creatine does.

TOK, was your tummy flabby before you gained those 15 pounds? Why did you want to gain all that weight?

Lets start: it all began when I started taking Cell tech creatine by Muscletech almost 7 weeks ago. Weighed between 185-187. Went to the DR. 3rd Tuesday in April which means about 4 weeks into the new creatine and weighed 202 LBS! With shoes on after about 4 meals during that day. Not sure if I crapped at all up until that point. Anyway, I work out 5 days a week, with about 3 days of cardio out of that 5. Here are your answers:

I'd say 1/2 of it was water and half was muscle. Right now I'm at about 195-198 in the MIDDLE of the day, which means about 193 after my morning piss. (H)

No stretch marks what so ever. A lot of it went to my gut while the rest of it evenly distributed to my chest and arms. Today after taking hydroxycut, I've lost about 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm still flabbier than usual in my gut and I've seen a slight decrease in arm size and am not lifting with the same power I was BEFORE I started using hydroxycut fat burner 3 weeks ago, solely out of freaking out about the insanely fast weight gain!

I ate 6 meals a day for the first 4 weeks. 320 plus grams of protein, 3300 total calories, etc. Low fat content, like at or about 50 grams per day and not sure about carbs. The last 3 weeks, I've taken it down to about 250 grams of protein, less than 3000 calories, etc. Started taking hydroxycut fat burner by Muscletech. Began to see "NEW" muscle definition that was not visible 7 weeks ago. I think the weight loss is due to both, hydroxycut as well as the decreased diet. The less protein is also why I feel I am not lifting with that same power I felt when I first started creatine. I've stuck to basically the same workout plan that I started from scratch 7 weeks ago (Jay Cutler's mass building plan).

Anyway, I always put on weight quick. I used to be a fat kid and still get bloated quite easily but for all you regular fit people looking to put on good size, strength, and power, fast, I highly recommend cell tech hardcore creatine. It was the first creatine I ever took about 5 years ago and it worked then. I started listening to all the haters who said muscletech is overprice junk, and its a rip off, you can get the same thing cheaper, yada, yada, yada and got away from it till 7 weeks ago. No more. This is the best product I have ever taken in regards to something doing to you what it actually is meant to do. I GUARANTEE anyone here will see outstanding results if they diet right and workout regularly and use it the way it is designed to be used. Oh, I also used Nitro-tech protein by muscletech. I been drinking it once a day 15 minutes after the creatine, which is supposed to be consumed immediately after your workout.

Anything else???

ok, lets start from the beginning. You gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks? Im thinking it was mostly water weight.

Did you get enormous stretch marks? Where did the weight come on?

And how did you do it, please provide specific details.

Effie, I think if I had soup before my workout I'd feel like I have to pee! And the workouts are outside at parks and I don't want to use those portopotties!

one thing i've found really helpful in cutting down my portion sizes is eating broth-based soups (chicken soup etc) before my meals..or eating soups as meals...they're so yummy, healthy and low calorie!

No Meow. Creatine is NOT for you. You need to stick to what I said earlier with the 6 small meals every 3 hours. Just try and do 15 minutes of intense cardio after each workout. With the right diet and exercise, you will be fine.

But if I take that it will supersize me when I'm trying to downsize....what do you guys recommend in this case?

Dood, I shyt you not. I had to take hydroxycut I blew up so fast! But now I'm back under 190. I was pushing over 200 about 10 days ago after starting at 185!!! I also subtracted about 80 grams of protein a day from 310 ro 230 to try and help the weight loss but I've seen a decrease in strength since doing so. But still, I still have kept muscle definition but have lost a lot of that initial water weight. YOu need to buy cell tech hardcore (I use fruit punch) and Nitro-Tech Whey protein (I use chocolate). They are designed to work together and are by far, the best of each product on the market. I've tried listening to people who say Muscletech products are bogus and overpriced. You know what, yeah they cost more BUT they work. When I take the cheaper shyt nobody's ever heard of, too many questions run through my head whether or not the shyt works. Try both for a month and see whats up.

Meow: No i'm not. I just switched to a toon so my new pics could approve at bedtime! :P

I-MAN: no. I'm saying Muscletech's new Cell-tech Hardcaore is hands down, THE BEST creatine you will ever take! I mean i have never seen a single supplement work better at what it was supposed to do.

TOK's a cartoon! You should be banned!

I don't want to put on size...is that going to happen to me if I drink that stuff?

Let me tell you about that creatine.............best supplement on the planet. Hands down if you wanna put on size. I put on 15 LBS in 2 weeks and had to take hydroxycut to lean out a tad bit. I-MAN, if you wanna put on size fast, use it! Theres no protein in it though. YOu have to take nitro-tech protein 15 minutes after drinking the celltech.

I never know what to eat for breakfast.

Eat every 3 hours, small meals, healthy of course. Try eating salads, granola bars, protein shakes, etc. You know, small 200-300 calorie meals/snacks every 3 hours. Keep the metabolism moving. COmbined with exercise, this should work. DOn't forget to have breakfast. Try and eat first thing after waking up.
