Organizers of the Kirklees Primary Music Festival have changed the traditional story of the Three Little Pigs to Three Little Puppies to avoid offending Muslims.
The move by a Church school to alter the popular characters and lyrics of a traditional children's story about pigs for fears of offending Muslims has drawn immediate rebukes from Muslim leaders and officials.
The festival will feature hundreds of children from 63 schools in Kirklees singing the story in June.
