People make more money when the market is down, this is true for all times. Unfortunately, Era we live today, has all the possible information on our finger tips. "Value" vs Price . What we have seen in the past 6-7yrs is price increase. No one bothered to care what the real value of their real estate is or was, as long as they got a good price. Well now the price is down, when you go out to purchase a piece of land, property make sure the VALUE is there.

Value is what gets the momentum going. Like Dollars vs the gold. Gold holds value, and today we need to look at value.
