How about networking is it fruitful to have established scientist, and faculty collaboration with prominent universities? How big a role does large university medical centers play in biotech start-ups? Is it wise to hire fresh PhDs or rely on experienced recruits for carrying out the research? How do you sell or approach hospitals, clinics or the market for selling your medical product? What are typical profit-margins for early start-ups?
