Limit the population. Ban people in poor countries from reproducing, or do a 1-child policy. Break the policy and you get fined. Follow the policy and you get free food or discounts on everything or some other economic reward.
The population is the biggest problem everywhere, but mostly in 3rd world countries.

There's no other way to abolish world hunger. This is the most practical and possible way.
