tendonitis/tennis elbow recomendations?
i have tennis elbow, "lateral epicondylitis" in my right arm from power lifting. anybody ever get this, or any recomendations on what helps? i've tried:
-cortisone injections
-phys therapy for the last 3 months
-wrist wraps/braces
-increasing my joint supplements i.e. glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, MSM
all of this has helped, but not completely alleviated the pain. it's really frustrating so any input would be greatly appreciated. much thanks!!!

Comments on this journal
-you don't stretch
-you are lifting too much
-you are lifting too often
-you are genetically predisposed
Joint supplements won't help. Don't ever get surgery. Are you doing your PT exercises at home? are you still stretching? find a good PT who knows what he/she is doing. Your accessory muscles in the elbow may be weak and need to be developed properly. Once you get chronic tendinitis, sadly you live with it forever.
