Takin in to the Streets
This years Takin it to the Streets is going to be on Sunday June 24th. It is IMAN's ten year anniversary and want to make it bigger and better than ever. We are planning to have hip hop artists Lupe Fiasco and Ali Shaheed (A Tribe Called Quest) coupled with talks from Sheikh Hamza and Representative Keith Ellison. It will be a great time for the whole community, inshAllah.
However, in order to pull off such a task it requires a number of volunteers. We are looking for some people to help get involved and help us plan. Check out the website at imancentral.org.
