Sleepy!
I recently joined a new gym, and signed myself up for a "bikini boot camp"....and no, we don't have to wear bikinis!
Today was my first day of the boot camp. It's going to be Tuesdays and Fridays at 8am and it is outside at various parks in the city. Man alive, it was hot! It was already 20C (sorry I don't know Farenheit) when we got started. I did *okay*, not the greatest when we did the circuit. She made us run up a hill four bloody times...I swear it was the steepest hill she could find. I didn't make it all the way the last time.
Anyway, on my drive home, which was only about 15 minutes I was falling asleep! Has that ever happened to anyone? As soon as I got home I changed and laid down for a few minutes but now I'm fine. Not sure what happened? I had a protein bar at 7:30 and had my water throughout the workout.

I wasn't really given the green light until recently...had been off exercising for medical reasons for about 4ish years. I didn't feel faint during the workout, just tired after. I'm also very heat sensitive but had water with me...although I've heard that drinking too much water and working out strenously can make one naseous.
I think on Friday I'll have a bar around 7am and a shake after at 9am. Then an early lunch around 11ish.
Its OK. You're body will get used to it.
