many people forget to drink lots of water...by lots i mean more then half gallon then work your way to one gallon. Some times hunger is not hunger..its actually thirst.

as long as you eat clean, it's not a big deal. Try to limit your intake to about 200-275 calories post workout, esp if you do weights. Id also reccomend doing weights before cardio...

Depends on what you eat. i mean if it's just something like i described, its all good. if you are seeing desired results doing what you do, stick to it.

Ok, so here are a couple more questions for you. I recently lost like 10 lbs and I really want to tone up/lose fat, etc so I started jogging like 40 minutes on the treadmill which seems to help, then lifting lights weights but enough reps to make it burn. The problem is that I usually go to the gym at night, come home, shower and go to bed, so isn't eating that late going to be bad since I'm sleeping right after?

Hell yeah you need to eat or have some sort of protein supplement after working out. I mean if you're weight training. Personally, I have a ready made post workout drink immediately after doing my cardio at the end of my weight training session. It has 380 calories, 60 grams of carbs, 35 grams of protein, and all that other good stuff. You need a lot of GOOD carbs post workout to replenish the beating you just put on your body.
