My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for a gorgeous apartment on 43rd st. between 10th and 11th. Start date would be anytime between dec 15th and Jan 15th.

> nice, flexible roommates
> gym, Starbucks, all-around dry cleaning, terraces and roof-top for bbqs, etc.
We have decided to subsidize the rent for muslim applicants. we're nice and flexible, so we want similar qualities in a roommate. Rent is $1490 plus one month deposit. No broker fee or other fee.
