The 3rd roommate we have currently is moving out of town due to work. Apt is on the 22nd floor, features 3 spacious bedrooms/2 full bath, and amazing views of Midtown and Jersey/Hudson River. (Room for rent is $1550).

Building is a 24hr luxury doorman building with a gym, Starbucks, etc. (really any extra amenity you can think of).
