Remove non-GPL code from Linux Kernel


Andrew Morten has urged Linux Kernel developers to thread.gmane.org put a patch on linux to stop including non-GPL code

I was happy to see Linus taking a positive stand on this issue. I didn't agree/like with what Morten was suggesting.

Yes, and Linus removed it stating that this was "a political issue". The developer conceeded and stated that he should have thought out his actions more.
