Rally in Santa Clara

Only through group action can we get good publicity and make our events more successful.

Only a mass phone call campaign seems to bring results. Your 3 calls will make the difference between 50 people or 500 showing. KPFA please be more responsive to running announcements on rallies and events. Please run the following announcement 4 or five times Sat and Sunday.
· Sunday Nov 3 5 PM there is a rally at the Convention Center where AIPAC is meeting in Santa Clara. The rally is also called in solidarity with Israeli peace activists calling for:
· the end of the Gaza siege and the indiscriminate killing going on in Gaza and the West Bank.
· An end to aid to Israel until it removes settlers and troops from Palestinian territory
· Israel to return the $500,000,000 of Palestinian tax money Israel is illegally holding and using
· Until Israel grants reentry and other visas to the 170,000 Palestinians waiting these visas many for over 10 years. Stop ethnic cleansing.
· protesting APAIC and its war in Iraq
All are invited to join and bring signs appropriate to the points above. Come and meet like minded peace advocates as we work together to end wars and occupation in Palestine
