Question for a Pulmonologist

"Hi. I am a 35 year old female - married with no kids. i am also a heavy smoker and recently have been feeling strange coughs and pain in my throat. also in the morning when i wake up and clear out my throat the sputum is usually dark colored - not brown or bloody but just dark.
i dont have insurance and want to know whats the fastest way and cheapest to know whether i have cancer?"
