Positions you want your team to draft ?


So what position you guys want your team to draft in first round. I think Miami needs a solid WR and Left tackle.

Yeah he will go before him and this is so wrong ... this NORE LAME stuff is so overrated... they were blown out in every meaningful game this year.

Quinn will still go first. This game was unwatchable in the 2nd half man!

So it is clear Russel is a much better a QB.. he has size and he has arm.. I will be surprised if Raiders pass him on... but than again they always find a way to screw things up as some one said on SI.

Yes Russel is the QB of LSU.
He is definately better than Quinn. The competition russle have faced over his 3 years is just far far superior than what Quinn has seen and not to mention the way he get choked by trojans and wolvernes.. the only games that mattered. He is nothing but a name tag playing for Weiss. Quinn will go first round but he will be a classic NFL bust offcoure IMHO :)

Is russel the guy we're talking about? Is he that good that they are making him out to be better than Quinn?

During saban days LSU was loaded .. they do have issues now with too much depth at QB position, I think they do like to let Russel go this year so some younger, much faster versions of Russel can play. I think one Matt Flynn, the guy that torched Thug U in bowl game last yaer and than couple more, so no surprise if Russel is outta there.

Well the LSU QB is a junior and is a scrambling QB. I was took off guard when Mike Mayock went over his top seniors and then juniors available and then said the thing about the LSU QB.

Well Quinn is just another one very overrated thing coming out of middle in nowhere NOTRE LAME university, this list just goes on.. I am not so sure if he will make it out of Sugar bowl in one peace. LSU is typical nasty SEC defence.

I think Joe Thomas is the best tackle available. He'll be a top 3 pick for sure. There are a lot of good o lineman coming out this draft. Supposedly, the LSU QB is rated higher than Brady Quinn. I was surprised by that. They're not sure if he's coming out though. Strangely enough, I never even knew he was that good. No Heisman nomination or nothing.

Was just checking scouts and rivals again for tackles there are quite a bit but not many from big name colleges.. generally its always safe to draft a tackle from a Big 10 school .. they are physical teams.

Petigout is 29. This was his first Pro Bowl calibur season so yeah, I would suppose its safe to say but if a stud left tackle is there, you take him!

And yeah, Alexander fell off. Walter Jones can only do so much.

Well, I mean he's raw. Wait till they mess with his head and try and make him a pocket passer like Vick. BTW. I don't think Young was Fisher's choice. I think both him and Chow both wanted Leinart, especially both being USC guys.

Naa its understood !! :) .... by the way what ppl think now of a scrambling QB like Vince young... It was widely said that he do be a NFL busy and running QBs should always go in later rounds.. looking at him and looking at old John elway games... I think its legend in making... great draft choice by Fisher..

You are right on the money !! I was listening to one of local sports talk shows and the position they considered most skill and most valuebale nowadays is Left Tackle !! they are paid second to QBs now on average...
