This is a permanent position in New York City.
Duties:
1. Manage IT Operations includuing Infrastructure and Applications
2. Supervise Systems Administration
3. Manage day to day help desk priorities
4. Manage data center, software patches & upgrades, and troble shoot related issues
5. Oversee SOX compliance and maintenance of IT policies
6. Maintain SOX reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
7. Maintain all IT contracts
8. Interact with consultants/contractors on IT projects
9. Serve as a hands on System Administrator
Skillset:
Significantly experienced with
" Latest Windows OS Servers
" Exchange 2007
" SQL 2005
" Intrusion Tools
" Web Surf Control tools
" Email Spam
" Backup Exec
" Blackberry Server
" Routers and Switches
" Firewall software and hardware
" MRI Real Estate Software Administration
In addition:
" Minimum 1 year in IT supervisory role
" 4+ years managing LAN/WAN
" College degree is required
" MCSE is a plus
" IT SOX experience is preferred
" Minimum 1 year experience with Commercial or Residential Real Estate Industry
