OUTLINE:
A one day program has been set for which an outline of follows. Arrival in April on Fri 27th for a Saturday 28th morning start:
- Saturday: major sites with an optional evening dinner cruise along the river (see below)
- Sunday, departure. Those who stay can enjoy some additional site seeing and a lunch time picnic in the grounds at the Louvre Museum (if its sunny it will be great!)
SITES
- Eiffel Tower
- Arc de Triumph
- Champs Elysees
- Paris Mosque
- The Louvre Museum (Islamic Art/ history collection)
- Notre Damme
FINANCIALS
I have been in touch with a UK based booking agency, they have negotiated a reduced rate at two of their hotels. You will need to allocate a min 80 pounds sterling per room per night for 3* accommodation (doing our best to make this affordable for all).
We have identified a dinner cruise company who will charge just under 100 Euros per person (this may seem expensive but its cheap for Paris!). This needs t be booked separately and once you have your hotel confirmation, details for this company will be provided and YOU have to call/ e-mail them to book under our special Naseeb discounted rate )
As the booking agency is based in the UK they can also arrange flights or Eurostar from the UK as well. I would therefore suggest UK travellers to use their service so as to save $$ when booking fligh + hotel together.
WHAT I NEED
Please ONLY respond if you can make the dates. If so, please e-mail the following things to my naseeb account:
- Full name of you/ your spouse attending
- A contact telephone number
- Your e-mail address
NB naseeb doesn't let you use e-mail address in naseeb mail so use this type of format e.g.
choosa(at)hotmail(dot)com
NEXT STEP
Once this information is collected, I'll contact our agent at the travel agency and she will contact all participants directly to take payment for the hotel booking after the deadline.
DEADLINE
You must provide the above details by February 18th (yes, that's nearly 4 weeks to plan your schedules! Stop thinking of excuses and just come along!). After this period no guarantee can be made for the individuals to participate in this program or to benefit from the negotiated discounted rates.
REMEMBER
This is a chance for Naseebers to meet other Naseebers. It is informal, with boys and girls in attendance. If you plan on any 'hanky panky' please do NOT use this meet up as an excuse, do it in your own time! As for the rest of us, inshallah it will be a chance to meet our fellow naseebers, to make new friends (maybe new enemies, ha ha) and of course to have fun! Wee-wee!

Shakur Allah, le chocolat n'est pas interdit, sinon que resterait il? Il y a meme des gens qui ne boivent pas de cafe car le cafe comme l'alcool etaient consideres comme interdit.
Pourtant le chocolat peut aussi faire tourner la tete. Alors vive le chocolat (avec moderation).

Et les copains, Je ne voterai pas pour Ms....Il prevoit de nous vider les poches *: errkkkkk. En consequences nous n'aurons plus de tune pour acheter des gourmandises et des chocos...hahaa raisons de plus pour ne pas partager mes chocos avec lui...ohe ohe ohe :D
