M.L.K. my new hero!
Since seeing her speak at ISNA, I quickly become a big fan of Amy Goodman.
I added her syndicated content democracynow.com) to my news reader, and peruse her headlines all the time.
I found a show she did on MLK that was in keeping with her "where are the voices of peace?" philosophy. I knew he was a great man and a huge peace advocate, but until I heard his "beyond Vietnam" speech on DemocracyNow.com, I had no idea how amazingly eloquent this man was. His words are as sound today as they were during Vietnam. I'd highly suggest listening to it. The mans words are truly uplifting, and make the bland rhetoric of today?s political pundits sound so uninteresting...mainly because they preach xenophobia, and hate of the enemy instead of love for your fellow man. Unfortunately MLK was killed the day after this speech.

As for MLK, his speeches shake me to the core. I heard this speech a few years ago and listening to it again gives me goosebumps.
Again, thank you for reminding us of this speech.
